01. Enquiries and quotations
This website provides product and sourcing information. An enquiry is not an accepted order. Availability, quantities, pricing, currency, quote validity, contracting business and included work are confirmed in writing before purchase. There is no online checkout.
02. Products, samples and fit
Agree the exact SKU, material, size, construction, included parts and any vehicle fit before ordering. Listed size or capacity labels are starting points. Product images illustrate designs and configurations; fabric reports apply to the submitted sample and do not certify every finished product.
03. Minimums and additional work
Fifty pieces is a trial-order target, not a universal minimum. Samples, mixed variants, branding, inspections and photo or video records require an agreed scope, availability and cost. Full inspection is an option to agree, not an automatic guarantee.
04. CIF shipping responsibilities
Our shipping offer is CIF to a named destination port. Sea freight and cargo insurance are arranged as agreed; transit risk passes when the goods are loaded on board at origin. The buyer arranges import clearance, duties, taxes and onward delivery. Destination handling and unloading charges follow the carriage contract and quotation.
05. Payment and order issues
Payment methods and any platform terms are agreed before funding. Escrow.com remains a planned option subject to approval. The written order sets out inspection, reporting, evidence, remedies and freight responsibility for shortages, damage or specification issues. No website statement replaces that agreement or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
