01. Who to contact
Ember Kunlun is the trading name used on this website. Send privacy questions to support@emberkunlun.com. The contracting business and its details are identified in the written order before a purchase.
02. Your enquiry draft
The brief builder prepares a message on your device. It does not submit your business name, destination or requirements to a website enquiry server. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the draft is passed to that service; you review and send it there.
03. Voluntary contact details and enquiry permission
Your name, company, email and WhatsApp contact are optional. Before preparing an enquiry draft, you agree that we may use the details you choose to send to respond to that enquiry. The draft includes that purpose, the policy version and time of your confirmation. We receive these details only when you send your message through WhatsApp or email. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
04. Optional visit statistics
When Google Analytics 4 is connected and you enable visit statistics, it processes technical and usage information such as traffic source, pages, approximate location, device information and selected interactions. We send fixed event fields, not your name, email, phone, free-text searches or enquiry message. Advertising storage, Google signals and personalised advertising are not enabled by our integration. Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits.
05. Optional heatmaps and masked session recordings
When Microsoft Clarity is connected and you separately enable this option, it captures clicks, scrolling and page interactions to create heatmaps and masked session recordings. Input content is masked. Enquiry, legal and unknown pages and pages with unapproved URL parameters are excluded from Clarity by this integration. We do not send contact identities to Clarity or enable advertising consent. Microsoft processes this technical and behavioural information under its own terms and privacy statement.
06. Your choices and withdrawal
Optional analytics and heatmaps remain off until you choose them. Accept, reject or customise them independently; refusing does not prevent browsing or enquiries. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice. Permission is remembered on this device for 180 days, after which we ask again. Withdrawal stops our optional collection, clears relevant first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page; unsent form details are cleared. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already processed by a provider.
07. Browser storage
Your region and product shortlist, including target quantities, are saved in this browser until you change them or clear site data. Your privacy choice is saved separately for 180 days. Names, contact details, business names and free-text requirements entered in the brief builder are not saved to browser storage by this website.
08. When you contact us
We use the information you send to understand your request, check products and shipping, prepare a quote and discuss the order. Relevant specifications, consignee or shipping details may be shared with the suppliers and logistics providers needed for your requested order. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
09. External services and records
WhatsApp, your email provider and any agreed payment platform handle information under their own policies. Website hosting may process technical request data needed to serve and protect the site. Enquiry and order correspondence is retained while needed for the request, fulfilment and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion.
10. Providers and international processing
Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, email and hosting providers may process information outside your country. Their handling and retention follow their services and settings.
