    • Itemise goods, agreed sourcing work, sea freight and cargo insurance to the named port.

    • Check the currency, quote validity, included charges and import-side budget.

    Confirm the order & payment

    • Fund the order under the agreed payment conditions before procurement begins.

    Purchase, check & consolidate

    • Approve changes or remedies before dispatch when your approval is required.

    Export, load & ship

    • Arrange export clearance through the agreed exporting party.
    • Coordinate vessel booking, sea freight, cargo insurance and shipping documents.

    You handle

    • Confirm the consignee and import documents with your customs broker.
    • Review the insurance terms and take the transit risk from loading on board at origin.

    Risk transfers on board at origin. CIF freight and insurance continue to the named destination port. The insurance cover and claim conditions follow the policy.

  6. 06

    Clear, collect & receive

    We handle

    • Share shipping updates and the agreed documents for collection.
    • Help with the agreed shipment records if a claim or discrepancy needs to be reported.

    You handle

    • Arrange import clearance and pay import duties, taxes and charges not included in the CIF contract.
    • Arrange port collection, onward delivery to your warehouse and receipt checks.
